Starting Project Manager

Project Manager may take a few seconds to start fully as it will search your network to find all of the Cradle systems that exist. In most cases, you will only have one Cradle system, but some organisations may have several.

Starting Project Manager on Windows
  1. Select Cradle - Project Manager from the Windows Start menu

Project Manager is loaded and all systems that are visible on the network are shown in the System Hierarchy pane on the left-hand side.

Project Manager can also be opened using prjman.exe [-display n.n.n.n:0.0 | hostname:0.0] [-cds n.n.n.n | hostname]

Starting Project Manager on Linux
  1. Enter c_prjman [-display n.n.n.n:0.0 | hostname:0.0] [-cds n.n.n.n | hostname]
    where n.n.n.n is an IP address, hostname is the network name of the host and :0.0 is the X notation for display screen
